Camp Mikell

Guard the good treasure living in you,

with the help of the Holy Spirit living in us.”

(2 Timothy 1:14)

Who is Welcome? All who are interested in learning more about the Vocare ministry! Anyone from a Diocese with a strong Vocare ministry, to no Vocare at all!

What's the cost? $140/person. Registrations and a $40 refundable deposit must be received by Friday, March 26. A late registration fee of $40 will apply to all applications received after the deadline.

Where will I be staying? In a bunk-style cabin at Camp Mikell (www.campmikell.com), nestled in the mountains of Northeast Georgia.

What should I bring? Shoes suited for outdoor activity, clothing, personal items, bedding (twin). Please be aware that there is very limited cell phone coverage, and no wireless internet capability.

What can I expect? A fun-filled weekend devoted to growing the Vocare ministry. There will be music, food, worship, workshops, a general assembly meeting, and lots of fellowship!

What about scholarships? We know that $140, plus the cost of travel, can seem daunting. Please don't let that stop you! While we don't offer scholarships, there are other ways to seek financial help. Talk to your diocesan young adult coordinator, home parish or Bishop. Let them know what the conference is all about, and ask if there is any way they can help you get there. You can also contact your Vocare Provincial contact, listed at www.vocare.org
